Greeks work longest hours in eurozone .... OECD survey shows them to spend more time working than peers and to have lowest income in bloc

Greeks work more than other eurozone citizens and are paid less, which predictably places them among the least satisfied people among 36 nations surveyed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
Greeks are the third least satisfied with their lives in the survey, given that in most indexes they are below the OECD country average. The only nations to be even less satisfied are the Portuguese and the Hungarians, the survey found. The Swiss top the list.

Le Conseil constitutionnel censure la taxe à 75%

Saisis par les parlementaires UMP, les Sages ont estimé que la taxe à 75% sur la fraction des revenus supérieurs à 1 million d'euros est contraire à la constitution. La taxe à 75% n'existe plus. Les sages garants de la Constitution ont censuré ce samedi le dispositif dont François Hollande avait fait un élément central de sa campagne. Saisi par les parlementaires UMP, le Conseil a estimé que ce dispositif figurant dans le budget 2013 rompt l'égalité des contribuables devant l'impôt. La mesure avait refait parlé d'elle ces derniers jours avec l'exil fiscal du comédien Gérard Depardieu en Belgique.
