Turkey halts flights to northern Iraq
Turkey has issued a new travel warning to Turkish nationals after Turkey’s consulate in Arbil announced that Turkish airline companies will halt flying to northern Iraq after 6:00 p.m. on Friday Sept. 29 until further notice at the request of Baghdad, following a referendum for independence held by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

Russian diplomats face NATO HQ restrictions

BRUSSELS. -NATO has decided to limit access to its Brussels headquarters to Russian diplomats from Tuesday.
“The formerly extensive access to NATO headquarters will be denied to all representatives of the Russian Mission, except the Russian Ambassador, his Deputy Head of Mission, and two support staff”, according to a NATO official statement on Monday.
The Alliance said that other staff from the Russian mission requiring access for official business would have to be announced, registered and escorted during their visit.

Les Cubains autorisés à voyager hors de leur île

La direction communiste s'apprête à assouplir les restrictions qui pèsent depuis un demi-siècle sur la population de l'île. Comme tout Cubain, la vendeuse de cacahuètes de la rue Respublica à Camaguey n'a qu'un mot à la bouche: «Voyager.» Cette mulâtresse qui rêve d'ailleurs apostrophe un client. «Désormais, avec un passeport cubain, tu vas pouvoir voyager partout dans le monde», insiste-t-elle. «Et le visa?», questionne son vis-à-vis. «Un simple papier. Un détail», répond-elle.
Les Cubains vibrent pour une nouvelle révolution, celle du voyage. Elle a été annoncée en octobre par le Granma, l'organe officiel du Parti communiste cubain. Avec un titre: «Cuba actualise sa politique migratoire».
